DRAWING ON HARDENABLE STEELS

-DRAWING ON HARDENABLE STEELS:

We currently have laminations of steels which allowed temple, with hardness of up to 56 HRC, in annealed State in such a way that they support deep drawing processes, with certain restrictions on minimum elongation and radios.

On the basis of these steels can be manufactured parts that support subsequent processes of machining and temple, replacing advantaged alternatives to traditional machining based on solid.

Heat treatment gets high hardness with high penetration, which is a clear advantage over manufacturing processes in sheet drawing with further cemented.

In these demanding processes is a great help having steel construction for arrays of high hardness and wear resistance, such as the new fine-grained steels.

In LOBECOR we have the knowledge, equipment and sufficient experience to advise our clients in these alternatives.
